    Josua and his team at 5A Flooring are hard working and dedicated to project accomplishment. Josua is a great communicator and can discuss many technical aspects and helps to explain in appropriate detail the process and limitations of what can be done as the project continues.     When I bought my condo in North County San Diego I wanted a look that help captured the feel of the beach and went with marble tile. To make the space look bigger, I went with a larger tile size - 2' x 3' - no easy task for Jos, because there was a lot of cutting involved to fit odd angles and spaces. Not only did Jos do an amazing job prepping - he had to resurface the entire floor to ensure the tile was level - but he did an A+ job of getting the marble design to match up so that each tile looked like it fit with the tile next to it.     Josue did an amazing job on our floors. Couldn’t be happier with it. He and both his workers were always very professional, friendly and prompt. They worked very hard and rarely, if ever, did I see them even take a break. Would arrive at 7:30am and work some nights until 7:30pm. Very honest and hard working company and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about replacing their floors. See more See less

    5A flooring installed approximately 1500 ft.² of porcelain tile throughout my house. They did an amazing job with all of the cuts and precision in making it look like the masterpiece that it is. Their follow up is superb. As I had accidentally broken a tile afterward, and they came in and fixed it With no issues. Would definitely use them for any other future projects or enhancements throughout my home. The communication with Joshua is immediate and I never have to wait for responses. See more See less

    Josque and his team were very professional and hardworking. We had a big flooring project to cover over 3000 sqft.     I have never met a more dedicated and hard working crew! Josh was a great communicator and kept me updated every step of the way. We had them demo our old uneven floors and laid LVP. Their prep work before laying the new LVP was meticulous. He and his team went above and beyond to get my floors finished before my baby shower and I am so grateful for them.     Detailed and professional. 5A Flooring is the only company I recommend. Josue is so easy to talk to. He makes your vision come true. Always kind and helpful in designing what is best for the space too. He went above and beyond with our flooring and tile work in the showers and kitchen.     We heard about Josue and 3A Flooring on the recommendation of our friends and neighbors, and he exceeded our expectations in every way. Josue was always responsive, informative, knowledgeable, patient and kind. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the finished product, alerting us of any potential issues ahead of time, and tirelessly worked with us, picking individual floor boards to blend with the existing flooring we had to match perfectly. When we hit the inevitable bumps in the road that come up during a renovation and it delayed the start of our flooring installation, he shifted his schedule around, worked longer days, on weekends, and did all he could to help us move in on time. He follows through on his word, has a strong work ethic, always has a smile on his face, and is a pleasure to work with.     Josue has done two projects for me. The first one was him installing vinyl tile in my master bath. The second was installing vinyl tile throughout my condo. On both occasions, he did a fantastic job. His attention to detail is impressive. He kept the work sites clean at the end of each day. His prices were very competitive.     I can't recommend Josue and his team enough! Josue, Rodrigo, and Alex were not only professional and skilled, but they were also very respectful and kind. The team was very precise in their work and cleaned up when done. Their costs were reasonable as well, and they completed in a reasonable amount of time. They all worked so hard, putting in long hours, and Josue communicated every step of the way.
